Pocket Dimension. This coat contains a pocket dimension within its inner lining. It can hold up to 25 cubic feet of non-living material, weighing up to 500 lb., and is accessible while wearing the coat. Whenever you reach for an item in the coat, that item always appears in your hand.
When attempting to place an object larger than the coat within its pocket dimension, it will resize to fit the entirety of an object if necessary. However, the coat can’t fit objects larger than a 5 foot cube into its pocket dimension. While wearing the coat, you always know what is in the pocket dimension and its current capacity.
Perfect Fit. The coat automatically changes size to fit the wearer perfectly.
The coat becomes non-magical while damaged, until repaired.
Inquiry (3/day). Conduct a thorough investigation of an area, making sure to not miss any important details. When making an investigation check, you gain advantage on the check.
Secure Zone (1/day). Secure an area for evidence or information gathering and prevent others from tampering with it. As an action, create a 30 ft cube invisible barrier that alerts you, either mentally or audibly with a sound of your choice, whenever a creature passes through it. The barrier centers on you and can’t move from where it’s activated. The barrier lasts for 8 hours.
